30-Day Return Policy
At Moral Guerrilla, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at refund@moralguerrilla.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item to our return address [TBA]. Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We’ll resolve the issue promptly to make things right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Custom products (e.g., personalized items).
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable. For specific concerns about your item, please contact us.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product following our return process. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For items shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same return eligibility criteria: unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
